Vegan Recipes

Whenever I have the option to go Vegan for a dessert or side dish, I’ll always take it! I do incorporate meat into many of my meals, but I completely avoid dairy, and limit eggs use in dessert as much as possible. If you’re looking to lower your cholesterol levels, Vegan desserts are a great option as eggs are very high in cholesterol and can easily be replaced.
