🍗Whole30 Teriyaki Wings🍗

Today for lunch I whipped up some Whole30 Friendly Teriyaki Wings and if I’m keeping it completely real I ate significantly more than pictured!!! These wings are super crispy, only require a few ingredients, and went amazing with a side of Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing! I’ll definitely be making another batch this weekend!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb Chicken Wings, split

  • 1/4 cup Ghee

  • 1/3 cup Primal Kitchen No Soy Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut or Arrowroot Flour

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • Dash of Salt and Pepper

  • Celery for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top. Preheat your oven to 425°F.

  2. Place wings in a bowl and sprinkle with your flour and spices, tossing to coat evenly. In a separate bowl, whisk together your ghee and Primal Kitchen ‘No Soy Teriyaki Sauce’. Set aside.

  3. Place wings on top of the wire rack and bake for 30 minutes. Remove wings and dip generously in your sauce mixture, then return them to the oven for another 10 minutes.

  4. Remove wings again, but this time, heat your oven up to 450°F while you coat the wings in your sauce mixture one more time.

  5. Bake for 5 more minutes, then remove from the oven and serve with Primal Kitchen Ranch or Vegan Ranch!
