🧟‍♂️ Dead Man's Dirt (Dairy, Egg, Gluten, & Soy Free) 🧟‍♂️

If you’re looking for a Dessert that’s Spooky & Clean, I’ve got the Dirt for you this Halloween! My “Dead Man’s Dirt” recipe is made from Bananas, Honey, Coconut Cream, Cacao, & Collagen Peptides so it’s packed with protein as well as a daily dose of fruit!

I used Jacks Kitchen Double Chocolate Chip Cookies (which are also loaded with Collagen) to create a gravel layer that’s soft, chewy, and tastes incredible! Lastly, I topped off the “topsoil” layer with a hearty helping of SmartSweets Gummy Worms! They’re officially my new favorite Halloween treat since they’re not only tasty, but are free from sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners and added sugar as well!

INGREDIENTS:

 
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300ÂşF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out 1 Tbsp sized portions of cookie dough and roll them into balls using your hands. Place the balls on the parchment paper lined baking sheet and transfer to the oven for 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, remove from oven and set aside to cool for later use. You should have roughly 12 cookies.

  2. Open your can of Refrigerated Coconut Milk from the bottom, and allow the liquid to drain out, leaving you with just the thick Coconut Cream. Place the Coconut Cream in a medium sized mixing bowl, add the Vanilla & Honey, then blend using a hand mixer.

  3. Next, transfer your Coconut Cream mixture to a food processor along with your Bananas, Collagen Peptides, & Cacao Powder. Blend until everything is smooth creamy.

  4. Crumble 4 of your Cookies, then place them at the bottom of a large sundae glass. Top with 1/2 of your Pudding Mixture. Repeat the process again, creating a layered dirt effect.

  5. Crumble your remaining 4 Cookies and place them at the top of the glass. Finally, top with Smart Sweets Gummy Worms and Enjoy!
